Some notes/links related to the topic of dynamic/shared libraries and issues related to thread local storage (TLS) (a.k.a. Thread Local Variable (TLV)) and/or "at exit" functionality--especially when dlclose() is used.

I first ran into the issue when integrating wasmtime WebAssembly runtime with Godot and then later with the Epic Online Services SDK.
